At Vine Tree Vets we recognise the importance our pets have in our lives. Our dedicated team of receptionists, nurses and vets are there to help you and your pet feel comfortable during your time with us.
Our open surgeries provide flexibility for you to be able to bring your pet into us at any one of the chosen times. If you feel that you are unable to make one of the surgery times, if your pet is particularly nervous, or if it’s a sensitive matter then an appointment can be arranged for us to see your pet at a mutually convenient time. If you are unable to make it to the surgery then house visits are available throughout the day.
Routine operations and procedures are carried out Monday to Friday. We have a well-equipped theatre with up to date monitoring machines, including ECG, pulse oximetry and capnography.
The surgery is sensitively designed to meet the needs of both dogs and cats. Our kennels are in the main part of the building so the dogs can see and hear people, ensuring that they do not feel alone. Our cattery is in the quietest part of the building so they do not feel stressed by barking dogs and the busy hustle and bustle of the surgery.
Our out of hours service, is provided by our own vets, and our nursing team is always on standby, for any emergency procedure that may need to be carried, out at any time during the day or night.
